On September 5, 2021 a shootout erupted on Springview Road Charlotte, NC around 4 a.m. near West Sugar Creek and North Tryon. One person was killed and 3 people were shot.
The Charlotte Fire Department and medics responded to a report of shots fired and several people potentially having gunshot wounds on Springview Road.
A total of 3 people were found with gunshot wounds. Two shooting victims were transported by medics to Atrium Health Hospital. A third victim was pronounced deceased on scene.
On September 2 , 2021 two people were found dead at a residence near West Sugar Creek also.
